WE ARE A long established firm of Chartered Accountants
& Business Advisors located at 46 Upper Mount Street, Dublin 2.
We have developed a reputation for providing a quality service, which is evident by the fact that a number of our clients have been with the firm for many years and new clients are regularly referred to us.

His clients vary from early-stage, pre-revenue firms through to later-stage organisations, quoted and unquoted. Brian has been involved with Stanford Graduate School of Business in Palo Alto, California, since 2007. He has been a business advisor on both the Leadership 4 Growth and Strategic Leadership 4 Growth Programmes, run in conjunction with Enterprise Ireland. Brian’s commercial, industrial and technical experience over many years makes him well-qualified to advise any organisations on strategic and operational issues.
He joined our firm in 2006, after spending 13 years in industry. Before that, he worked in the management consultancy practice of Price Waterhouse (now PWC) in London.

Derek joined the practice from Grant Thornton, where he was a partner. He has over 35 years’ experience as a general practice partner in various firms and acts as an advisor to many companies and family businesses.
He has been appointed receiver or liquidator to many well-known companies such as Superquinn, Kennedy McSharry (men’s clothing retail) and Moritz Group (property development).
He regularly gives restructuring advice and expertise to a broad range of clients. He is a member of the Council of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners (ISIP) and a member of the insolvency committee of the Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies in Ireland.
Ivan assists clients across all stages of corporate life. Ivan’s expertise, built up over many years allows him to deal with the myriad of challenges that face all businesses. He is dedicated to supporting clients to achieve business success by providing sound and practical business advice. Ivan adopts a tailored approach to each assignment, ensuring clients expectations are not only met but also exceeded.
Clients appreciate Ivan’s hand on experience as he guides them through the complexity of modern corporate life. His down to earth advice is much appreciated by clients, large and small alike.

He gained much of his professional experience in two top 10 practices. He has been responsible for managing cases involving debts of up to €1 billion across many industry sectors including retail, property and manufacturing amongst others.
Shane is the current Chairman of the Chartered Accountants Ireland Leinster Society and is a member of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners (ISIP).
